Karma—what does it have to do with Christmas? More, perhaps, then you'd think. After all, cautionary tales around the holidays are something that we find in stories like It’s A Wonderful Life, or A Christmas Carol. There is a sense during the holidays that things should be put right, that people who are lost can be shown a way, and that karma—the overriding sense of order in the universe, the idea that things happen for a reason and that there really is purpose—is real.
The book we are talking about touches on these ideas and more. It is called Christmas Karma. It is by the prolific author Gerald Everett Jones who is here with us now on Books That Make You.
