Among those Fortune 500 companies reporting their diversity numbers, as few as 4-percent are ethnically diverse. It should be actionable, not merely aspirational, to make the workplace more equal.
This week’s guest is Michelle Silverthorn, Founder and CEO of Inclusion Nation, which works with Fortune 500 companies, tech start-ups, nonprofits and universities to engender authentic, inclusive spaces for success.
An organizational diversity expert and speaker, she has written comprehensively on the topic. She is a TEDx speaker as well as author of the book, “Authentic Diversity: How to Change the Workplace for Good.”
