If you’re a devourer of books, it’s likely you’re also a writer at heart. Or perhaps you express that creativity in other ways such as film, comics, art, acting, etc. The love of narrative is often the seed of many a brilliant creative career.
Mandy Jackson-Beverly fits this bill. A bibliophile with a knack for stories of magic and the occult, she has authored multiple books, worked as a costume designer and stylist to the likes of David Bowie, Madonna, Tina Turner and more, and is currently a writing coach, speaker, and book reviewer for the New York Journal of Books.
Mandy is also the VP of Education for the Ojai Evening Toastmasters, as well as a founding member of “A Time to Speak,” a speaker series focusing on subjects related to the intersection of environmentalism and the humanities.
Her books include: “A Secret Muse”, “The Devil And The Muse”, “The Legend of Astridr: Birth”, and “The Immortal Muse”.
